Control Room

Job Summary

The Control Room Clerk is responsible for ensuring that the inventory is accurately inputted into the computer system when it has been received by the receiver. The Clerk is also responsible for making bills as directed by the Sales Team and ensuring that inventory is taken out of the computer system as necessary. The Clerk will answer inventory questions as directed to them and will cooperatively work with the Inventory Room Clerk to ensure our product/stock is maintained to the standards established.

Essential Duties:

  • Input product into the system

  • Make invoices as directed by the Sales Team

  • Ensure product is taken out of stock when necessary

  • Discuss product with Owners and Salespeople as necessary or as directed

  • Work cooperatively with all levels of the organization

  • Advise the Warehouse Manager regarding any product discrepancy

  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Completion of secondary school

  • High degree of attention to detail

  • Strong computer skills

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Ability to take and follow directions

  • Ability to meet and or exceed the company’s attendance and punctuality standards

  • Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
